Excel Keyboard Shortcut Key For Moving Cell Pointer In Worksheet

To move the cell pointer around the worksheet of Excel there are many keyboard shortcut available as following table:

1. Up Arrow ↑ Takes cell pointer to previous row
2. Down Arrow ↓ Takes cell pointer to next row
3. Right Arrow → Takes cell pointer to next column
4. Left Arrow ← Takes cell pointer to previous column
5. Ctrl + ↑ Takes call pointer to last row
6. Ctrl + ↓ Takes cell pointer to last row
7. Ctrl + ← Takes cell pointer to last column
8. Ctrl + → Takes cell pointer to first column
9. PgUp (Page Up) Takes cell pointer to 1 page up ( ≈ 18-20 rows up )
10. PgDn (Page Down) Takes cell pointer to to 1 page down ( ≈ 18-20 rows down )
11. Ctrl + PgUp Takes cell pointer to Previous sheet
12.. Crrl + PgDn Takes cell pointer to next sheet
13. Alt + PgUp Takes cell pointer to 9 columns to the left
14. Alt + PgDn Takes cell pointer to 9 columns to the right
15. Tab Takes cell pointer to 1 columns to the right
16. Shift + Tab Takes cell pointer to 1 columns to the left
17. Home Takes cell pointer to 1st cell of the row
18. Ctrl + Home Takes cell pointer to cell A1 ( Home Cell)
